Premium Labs is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Front Desk/Collector to join our small, fast-paced team. In this role, you will greet clients, manage check-ins for urine drug tests, DOT-compliant screenings, paternity tests, and other services, while performing sample collections with professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients and manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and processing payments.

Conduct instant and lab-based urine collections, breath alcohol tests (BAT), and other specimen collections following strict protocols.

Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with DOT and privacy standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Training and Certification
Premium Labs provides all necessary on-the-job training for this role, including step-by-step instruction in drug testing, DNA collection, and related procedures. New team members will have the opportunity to earn required certifications and must be able to successfully complete and maintain all certifications needed for the position, including but not limited to DOT drug and alcohol collection, DNA specimen collection, and any additional credentials required to perform our services. Continued employment is contingent upon passing and keeping these certifications current.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy or medical assistant certification preferred (not required).

Customer service experience.

Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and comfort with confidential information.
Schedule
Part-time position with hours:
Monday–Thursday: 9 AM–6 PM
Friday: 9 AM–3 PM
Saturday: 10 AM–2 PM
